Say hello to the 1949 "Tischler House" by master architect R.M Schindler. Adolph Tischler commissioned Schindler to design a house for their steep hillside lot. The house was designed towards the end of Schindler's life when he was really starting to experiment in space, materials and color and push the boundaries of his 'space architecture.' This house was his fullest realization of his ideal of creating a translucent house, sculpted by light and color.
